Common Questions

Do I need to book in advance?

Walk-ins are always welcome for standard and pro PC stations. Private VIP suites must be booked in advance — contact us by phone or email to reserve.

Is there a minimum games session duration?

The minimum session is 1 hour. After that, sessions are billed by the hour. Day passes are available for maximum value during peak hours.

Can I bring my own food or drinks?

Outside food and beverages are not permitted. We have an extensive menu with 50+ items to keep you fuelled throughout your session!

Do you serve alcohol?

No. Welqari is a fully alcohol-free venue. We offer an exceptional range of specialty beverages, artisan coffees, teas, smoothies and mocktails instead.

How do I join a tournament?

Simply show up on tournament nights — registration is free for all guests. For our Monthly Championship, advance sign-up via email or Discord is required due to limited slots.
